What is it?
💠 Chrysoprase is a translucent green variety of quartz, this shade can vary from apple green to emerald green.
Chrysoprase deposits are found mainly in Germany, Australia, the United States and Madagascar.
The word Chrysoprase is derived from two ancient Greek words: "chrysos," meaning "gold," and "prason," meaning "green." Thus, "Chrysoprase" could be literally translated as "golden green" or "green like gold."
