How does tattoo booking work?
How to book a tattoo appointment?

The easiest and quickest way is to come to the shop whenever you want to discuss your project in person. It's quicker because you'll be prioritized for an appointment, and simpler because discussing in person allows us to better understand your idea/desire and to advise you, show you our artists' work so we can make a choice together.
We can provide information remotely (via Tattookawaii@gmail.com or via our online form), but it will inevitably take a little longer, and the deposit will need to be sent via PayPal.
We always require a deposit to secure an appointment, and please note, this appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been made.
To facilitate booking, whether at the shop or online, please have a few reference images of what you like/want, and try to have a specific location in mind and an approximate size in cm. Without this information, we cannot estimate the tattooing time and/or cost, and therefore we will not be able to book an appointment for you. :/
Including reference images of what you want helps us understand your request, your universe, the style you're looking for, and without them, we can't really visualize much ^^
Another very important point: you have the right to change your mind between booking and the appointment itself, no problem. But please avoid informing us of this change less than a week before the appointment date, as our tattoo artists need to prepare the designs. If the project changes completely, we'll also need to check if the allotted time slot is sufficient or not, and in that case, the appointment might need to be rescheduled. It has happened several times that the tattoo artist was informed of a project change at the time of the tattoo appointment itself, and in that case, we inevitably have to re-prepare a design and therefore reschedule the appointment. This is a waste of time for us and a disappointment for you, so it's best to avoid this situation :)
We prefer to advise against booking an appointment for someone who is unsure about their project, rather than securing an appointment at all costs. If you're hesitant, then take the time to think about it, a tattoo is for life, so there's no rush! We get a lot of impulsive requests from people who want tattoos overnight, but that's not really our philosophy: a tattoo requires thought, preparation, choosing your artist, building your project—it's a fun experience too, we promise :)
We live in a "everything, right now" society, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. We've seen some serious meltdowns from people who can't stand being refused a piercing or tattoo instantly.
So: take your time and relax <3
