How to choose the size of my jewelry?

You can refer to the size guide available on the website to choose the appropriate bar or ring size for the piercing location.

Please note that the sizes provided are average sizes and that each body type is different.

If you can, you can visit the shop without an appointment for more information on sizes suitable for your body type.

What material is our jewelry made of?

We work exclusively with ASTM F136 titanium and 14 or 18 carat gold to avoid the risk of allergies.

ASTM F136 titanium is a reference medical standard, recognized for its lightness, strength, and purity of alloy.

These two materials are completely biocompatible with the human body.

How do I know if a piece of jewelry is compatible with my skin or my allergies?

If you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin, always opt for biocompatible materials such as ASTM F136 titanium or 14 and 18 carat gold.
These metals are used in medical environments and contain neither nickel nor irritating alloys, making them completely safe for the human body.

Avoid "surgical" steel jewelry, gold plating, or low-end fantasy jewelry, which may contain allergenic elements.

What is the difference between an initial jewelry, an earring, a prosthesis, and a definitive jewelry?

The initial jewelry is the one installed during the initial piercing. It is chosen to ensure proper healing: biocompatible and sterile material, adapted shaft, and design focused on comfort.

Contrary to popular belief, the initial jewelry can perfectly be the definitive jewelry: we offer a wide choice of initial jewelry at the shop, far beyond the simple classic gray bead, with models in ASTM F136 titanium or 14 & 18 carat gold.

The term "prosthesis" is often used incorrectly: it does not refer to a piece of jewelry, but to a medical device with no aesthetic purpose.

A classic earring is not designed for piercing. Its materials (various platings) and clasps (such as butterfly backs) do not meet the most basic hygiene or biocompatibility requirements, which can lead to irritation or complications.

Can I wear a ring from the start?

Yes and no!
For areas like the helix, nostril, tragus, conch, rook, or mid-helix, for example, it is strongly advised against placing a ring from the start.
During healing, a straight bar is essential: it limits friction, promotes healing, and prevents inflammation.
A ring placed too early creates tension, constant movement, and can slow down or even compromise healing.

However, some piercings like the lobe, septum, smiley, or daith can be done directly with a ring, depending on the case and anatomy.

Is it possible to order or customize a piece of jewelry if I don't find what I want on the site?

Yes, some of our suppliers are custom jewelers and can manufacture all types of piercing jewelry on demand. It is possible to choose all the characteristics of the jewelry as well as the stone(s).

Can I buy a piece of jewelry without getting pierced at your place?

Yes, of course.
It is perfectly possible to buy a piece of jewelry without getting a piercing from us.
We can even install it for you directly at the shop: installation is free when the jewelry is purchased on-site (or on our website!).

Even if your piercing was not done at the shop, we remain available to advise you on the most suitable size, material, or model for your anatomy and desires.

Is delivery paid?

• In France, delivery is free for purchases over 50 euros.

• In Europe (excluding France), delivery is free for purchases over 80 euros.

• Internationally (outside Europe), delivery is free for purchases over 200 euros.

Orders are processed within 48 business hours.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry? Do you offer a repair or adjustment service?

Yes!
All our jewelry is guaranteed for life as long as the supplier is still active. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or problems related to the jewelry itself.
If a problem arises, we always find a suitable solution quickly.

We also offer a repair service for jewelry purchased from us. Don't hesitate to visit the shop or contact us to discuss it :)
